Pag-IBIG FUND  PROJECTS : NOTICE OF AWARD

On February 5, 2020, Home Development Mutual Fund / Pag-IBIG Fund and Westchester Realty Corporation (WRC), a member of the RGV Group of Companies led by President Mr. John Nico P. Valencia, signed a Sale Agreement on the “non-performing assets” of Pag-IBIG Fund. This agreement involves the development of 4,685 housing units located in Xevera Mabalacat, Xevera Bacolor, and Sameera Angeles City in Pampanga.
